Our bridal couple wanted a chic but casual wedding in the gardens of a famous Spanish mansion; surrounded by mature trees & the gentle loungey jazz sounds of the band, they dined al fresco off large white platters filled with Italian treats, flavours & tastes: aperitvo of blood orange prosecco mimosas; lemon grilled ribeye sicilian salmoriglio style served over arugula; monkfish piccata with caperberries, citrus segments + lemon beurre blanc; pancetta, blue cheese & fig pizza; parades of waiters filled the groaning tables with food long into the night! |

A country girl, with a beach lifestyle; after bountiful buffets of chef served Valencia seafood paella, fresh organic garden salad bar, presented in medicine jars & complete with a spit roasted suckling pig…the cappuccino bar was graced with cookies in the initials of the happy couple; family & friends celebrated late into the evening with s'mores around campfires |

A swellegant reception to commemorate a Venetian wedding; the garden was transformed into a glamorous sea of black & white tables; tasty food & fun dancing were the only "must do's" the bride specified; the sit down dinner menu reflected their shared love of cooking & all cuisines: coconut poached lobster salad on corn blini with amaranth; baby spinach with ruby grapefruit, avocado, cumin roast yams, pine nuts with white balsamic vinaigrette; silky winter pumpkin & ginger laksa with cumin crisp, served in petite espresso cups; planked Tasmanian Ocean Trout with roast grapes, asparagus & verjus dressing, on fennel & potato gratin. |
